Açıklama
HANSA-FLEX MONTAGEPASTE450 is a high-performance paste that protects against corrosion. Areas of application are dynamically extremely stressed screw connections and assembly parts as well as slow-rotating systems, in the high-temperature range.
Application
Clean surfaces thoroughly and degrease. For example, with HANSA-FLEX ENTFETTERSPRAY.
Then apply the paste evenly.
Mounting Paste 450 is only suitable for specific applications, it does not replace oil or grease lubrication.
Ek bilgiler
The exceptionally good separating effect of the assembly paste is particularly evident with high-alloy steels and when using different metals. The product is characterised by a high pressure absorption capacity (< 230 N/mm²). The assembly paste is resistant to fresh, sea and hot water, water vapour, alkaline and slightly acidic media as well as being adhesive and water-repellent. In addition, the product is free of sulphur-containing additives and halogens. If the use of metallic products may be undesirable for optical reasons, as well as nickel-based products for health reasons and copper-based products for electrochemical reasons, then this assembly paste is particularly suitable.
