HANSA-FLEX is recognised as a very capable system provider for high-quality hydraulic hose lines. But our know-how extends much further. With our wide range of industrial hoses, it is not surprising that we can cover all requirements from construction to the food industry, from chemical manufacturers to pharmaceutical producers – in proven quality too. Besides standard hoses for transporting chemicals, food, air, water and abrasive media, we also have suction and pressure hoses in our product portfolio. As a system provider, we also stock suitable accessories, such as nipples or connection systems. Our customers can depend on us to provide complete solutions at all times. The possible fields of use for our high-quality industrial hoses are unlimited. The following examples show how far the spectrum extends:

Our products satisfy all the standards: the HANSA-FLEX range contains hoses complying with standards EN853, EN854, EN856 or EN857 as well as thermoplastic hoses in accordance with SAE100Rxx. Many of our hoses even exceed the requirements of the standards. Through our long-established connections with shipyards and ship owners, we have built up special know-how about industrial hoses exposed to seawater and have had them approved by Germanischer Lloyd. Hoses have to withstand extreme conditions in many innovative sectors, such as the chemical and aerospace industries. Temperatures between -200 °C and +600 °C or corrosive media such as acids and alkalis demand everything from our hose lines. Consequently, HANSA-FLEX has built up special expertise in metal hoses. Other sectors such as the food industry, on the other hand, place high requirements on all installed components with respect to hygiene and odour or taste neutrality. For these industries, HANSA-FLEX offers PTFE hoses with smooth, uniform surfaces, which are ideal for handling delicate products.
